Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about AIB, an AI model comparison platform — trust, pricing, supported models, and data use.

Q1.Can I trust AIB’s AI comparison information?

AIB provides comparison information centered on real user votes and reviews to help you find the AI that fits you. Through perceived performance and category-by-category satisfaction that benchmark scores or vendor-published numbers can’t fully capture, you can directly compare and choose the AI model that fits your own purpose and usage environment — not the "best AI" a developer claims.

Q2.Can I use it right now?

AIB will be open to everyone with its beta launch on June 24, 2026.

During the beta, you may encounter bugs, UI changes, or temporary instability. AIB welcomes your feedback for a better service. Please report issues or suggestions via Contact.

Q3.Is it free to use?

AI model comparison and basic features are free. Some advanced features may become paid in the future or be offered under separate usage-based plans; we will announce any changes in advance.

Q4.Can I use it without signing up or logging in?

Yes. You can use AIB’s AI comparison features right away without signing up. However, some features and unlimited usage require logging in.

Sign-up supports Google, Discord, Kakao, and GitHub accounts, and AIB stores only the minimum information required to operate the service.

Sign up to compare more AI models or save your comparison results.

Q5.Which AI models can I compare?

On AIB you can compare major, widely used AI models including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), Llama (Meta), DeepSeek, Mistral, Kimi, GLM, and MiniMax.

Supported models are updated continuously; see the full list at AI Models. Supported models may be added, changed, or discontinued depending on each provider’s policy or service status.

Q6.How do I find which AI is best for my language?

AIB provides comparison information based on votes and reviews from real users in countries such as Korea, Japan, and China. It shows language-specific answer quality, cultural understanding, and real-world satisfaction that English-centric global benchmarks miss.

This lets you directly compare and choose the AI model that better fits your language and situation — not simply the one with the highest score.

Q7.Which is better — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?

People say "Claude for coding," "Gemini for creativity," "ChatGPT for writing," but the answer depends on your question and purpose. As new models keep appearing, benchmark scores alone can’t show the real difference, and answer quality in your own language can vary by model.

On AIB, send the same question to several models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini at once and compare answer quality, speed, and error frequency directly — and see which AI fits your question best.

Q8.How is this different from traditional AI benchmark scores?

Most traditional AI benchmarks present complex scores from English-based standardized tasks. AIB provides comparison information based on questions, votes, and reviews from real users in countries such as Korea, Japan, and China.

Because you can see not just scores but actual answers and user preferences, you can compare AI models based on real users’ choices rather than vendor-published numbers.

Q9.Is AIB biased toward any AI company?

AIB is an independent, neutral AI comparison platform that does not depend on advertising revenue or sponsorships from any AI company. All AI models are compared under identical conditions, and results are centered on real user votes and reviews.

So you can choose the AI that fits you based on real user experience — not the AI a particular company promotes.

Q10.How are my questions and answers used?

Your submitted questions and your preference results for AI answers are collected anonymously and used as language-specific (e.g., Korean, Japanese) AI comparison data. No personally identifiable information is stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Note that questions entered through AIB are also sent to each AI provider’s server; depending on the provider’s policy, some data may be stored there, and provider-specific policies will be published at official launch.

Q11.How can companies or organizations collaborate?

AIB offers three types of collaboration for companies building AI services or agents.

First, real-user data for AI training: preference data where Korean and Japanese users directly compared and chose between two AIs’ answers, usable to improve model quality.

Second, a test field for AI model selection: an environment to compare and test multiple models in real user conditions before deciding the best model for your service.

Third, pre/post-launch user-response monitoring: measure how real users respond before and after launching a service or feature, via the AIB platform.

Leave a brief note via Contact and our team will reach out directly.

Q12.What kind of company is AIB?

AIB (AIB Inc.) is an AI comparison platform startup founded in 2026 by Jaemoon Ye (CEO) and Seung Woo Han (CAIO). It provides real-user-centered AI model comparison information so users can find the AI that fits them across diverse language environments including Korean and Japanese.
