Bigly Sales, Inc., a company that runs fully managed AI calling for sales teams, launched an MCP server on October 7, 2026, so customers can access calling data through Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants by asking questions in chat. The server retrieves answers directly from Bigly Sales, removing the need to log into a separate dashboard or export a spreadsheet first. CEO Thomas Ryan said customers wanted to use Bigly from the assistants they already use, including Claude and ChatGPT.

Customers can request call outcomes, summaries and transcripts for any campaign; find interested leads and people who asked for follow-up; add or update contacts and send a new list into an active campaign; and check campaign pacing and minutes used. Bigly Sales continues to run the calls as before. Each assistant connection uses the customer’s existing account, so it can access only data that account is permitted to see.

The company described MCP as an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external software. Anthropic released it in late 2024, and OpenAI, Google and Microsoft have backed it. Bigly Sales said most sales software and few AI calling platforms have built MCP servers, leaving teams to move information between calling tools and other workspaces. Ryan said the company launched the server because he expects AI assistants to become a way people run businesses and software that cannot connect to them risks being skipped.
