Docusign and Salesforce expanded their more than 20-year partnership, making Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform available natively across Salesforce, Agentforce and Slack. The companies said the integration lets revenue teams handle agreements within the tools they already use, including through AI agents.
The companies said the platform can surface contract information for renewals, flag obligations in master service agreements (contracts that set terms for future work), and reduce friction in closing deals. Salesforce President and Chief Commercial Officer Bill Patterson said the integration brings agreement intelligence and workflows into Salesforce, Agentforce and Slack so people and AI agents can execute agreements. Docusign President and Chief Revenue Officer Paula Hansen said agreement data would be available to teams managing deals rather than siloed in a separate platform.
Within Agentforce, sellers can ask questions about agreements and generate or send contracts. Sales teams can draft, negotiate and finalize agreements in their CRM, while legal and contract teams can review contracts, check renewal details and access post-execution analytics. The integration also connects customer conversations with agreement workflows through post-signature archiving.
In Slack, teams can request contracts, retrieve live customer and pricing data, apply approved terms and route agreements to legal within the same conversation. Docusign said its Salesforce integrations also let AI agents track contract terms, surface renewal dates and start agreement workflows without leaving the CRM. The company was named a 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year for Global Partner and System of Engagement.
