DOSS, an AI-native operations software company for consumer goods brands, announced Dynamic Apps, Product Suite 2.0 and an evolution of its Dossbot copilot on October 15. The company says the release follows four years of development and is designed to let businesses customize operations software without losing the ability to upgrade. Its modules cover procurement, inventory, orders, finance and accounting, and unified master data on a shared live record.
DOSS says traditional operations and accounting software often relies on fixed reports and hardcoded automation, while custom changes can take months of consulting work. It cites implementation failures in 55–75% of cases, largely because software could not adapt as businesses changed. The company says its platform replaces spreadsheets, separate point solutions and legacy ERP systems. Customers can switch between invoicing and inventory views in seconds. Snackwise reported 95% faster invoicing, Mezcla doubled purchase order processing, and Spread the Love cut order processing time by 92%. Verve reduced unbatched direct-to-consumer orders from 30% to 1% and freed more than 20 hours a week for its manufacturing team, which it redirected toward retail expansion.
Dynamic Apps are customizable workspaces for tasks such as executive reporting, material planning, returns and refunds. Users can start with a prebuilt app or describe a desired view to Dossbot, then refine it with AI-powered editing. DOSS says teams can use these apps to review business data and act across the supply chain, including tracking coffee yield by roast and lot or approving purchase orders and invoices from an inbox. Because each DOSS module uses Dynamic Apps technology, customers can tailor workflows and still upgrade to later releases.
Product Suite 2.0 includes procurement tools for suggested purchase orders based on reorder points, lead times and safety stock, configurable approvals, and AI parsing of packing slips for three-way matching. Its inventory module provides a real-time ledger across warehouses, third-party logistics providers and co-manufacturers, with lot tracking and automated reconciliation. The orders module takes orders from direct-to-consumer channels, marketplaces, wholesale and retail EDI, and supports configurable fulfillment routing. Finance and accounting tools track landed cost, cost of goods sold and SKU-level contribution margin in an operational subledger that syncs with a company’s existing general ledger. Unified Master Data synchronizes products, suppliers, customers, locations and lots across first-party and third-party systems; businesses can also build custom modules for teams, processes or recurring analysis.
The modules run on DOSS Data Cloud with customizable workflows and integrations. DOSS says its preconfigured modules and implementation team can bring companies live in four to six months, compared with a typical 12–16 months, and that teams can make process changes in hours after launch instead of starting another implementation project. CEO Wiley Jones said the goal is to let operations teams turn an idea into a working process in days rather than years. Verve CFO Anand Gupta said Dynamic Apps reporting gives the company insight into SKU margins and customer contribution to improve supply-chain efficiency and responsiveness across production, logistics and order fulfillment.
