- •Public sector agencies face a 50% drop in accuracy when scaling chained AI agents.
Dynatrace, an AI-powered observability provider, will host its Innovate Roadshow in Singapore on July 22, 2026. The event takes place at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre and aims to bring together professionals from the public and private sectors to discuss the future of AI-driven digital platform management.
According to Rafi Katanasho, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan at Dynatrace, agentic AI (autonomous systems capable of completing tasks with minimal human intervention) provides a solution for IT teams managing increasingly complex multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure. The session highlights how such technology allows IT operations to pivot from manual, reactive monitoring to proactive, autonomous management.
The event addresses technical challenges for government agencies as they scale the use of AI agents. Officials noted that performance accuracy drops by more than 50% when multiple AI agents are chained together without a robust, stable foundational platform. Speakers scheduled for the roadshow include representatives from the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), the Ministry of Education (MOE), Changi Airport Group, Keppel Ltd, and UBS.
The schedule features technical sessions covering observability for resilience, cyber defense, and application performance for large-scale operations like airports. The event concludes with a panel discussion regarding the autonomous advantage in digital competitive strategies. Attendance is free for interested participants through the official registration portal.
