Ember AI, a healthcare revenue integrity platform, launched a Strategic Partner Program and a native Oracle Health (Cerner) integration on October 7, 2026, to help providers detect revenue loss through systems they already use. Ember AI says specialty practices, hospitals and health systems can add its AI-powered capabilities without replacing existing infrastructure. The platform is available in the athenahealth, ModMed, Veradigm and NextGen Healthcare marketplaces, and connects with Epic, Nextech and other healthcare platforms.

The Oracle Health integration lets organizations connect Ember AI to their electronic health records (digital systems for managing patient and care data) without a custom build. The platform analyzes clinical and financial data for every encounter to flag coding issues, documentation gaps, reimbursement risks and other potential revenue leakage before claims are submitted. CEO and co-founder Charlene Wang said the company aims to make existing clinical and financial systems work harder rather than require providers to start over.

The Oracle Health integration is live across six major U.S. health systems. Customers have analyzed more than 1.2 million billable service lines through it, with an average 41% reduction in preventable denials and a 35% reduction in recoverable denials headed for automatic write-off. Across production deployments, Ember AI says its technology has helped recover more than $2 million in revenue. The company processes approximately 16 million healthcare transactions annually, and said the partner program will broaden connectivity across providers’ existing systems.
