Forter announced the launch of Forter Agents and early access to the Forter Model Context Protocol (MCP) on June 24, 2026. This release expands the Forter Prism platform, an enterprise-grade agentic suite (AI systems that autonomously complete tasks) built on a network covering over two billion shoppers and nearly one million merchants. The suite features five purpose-built agents designed to automate manual commerce workflows and accelerate decision-making processes. The Analytics Agent provides immediate insights into risk, transactions, and business performance, while the Dispute Agent automates the chargeback dispute process to reclaim revenue. The Abuse Agent creates policies to mitigate return, loyalty, and promotion abuse. Additionally, the Payments Agent optimizes conversions by delivering recommendations to increase authorization rates, and the Integration Agent utilizes an AI coding assistant to deploy Forter systems three times faster than previous methods.

Alongside the agent suite, the company introduced early access to the Forter MCP, which integrates commerce intelligence and identity network data directly into external tools like Claude and ChatGPT. This functionality allows merchant teams to generate executive summaries, investigate transactions, and analyze performance trends within their existing internal workflows, all while maintaining standard corporate security and permission controls. According to Eran Vanounou, CTO at Forter, the platform leverages intelligence gathered over 13 years of operation to provide faster, context-aware decision support. The initiative aims to reduce the time spent collecting and analyzing data, which the company states often slows revenue growth and degrades customer experiences in the modern commerce landscape.
