HG Insights launched its Contextual Intelligence Platform on October 7, 2026, for go-to-market (GTM) teams and AI agents. The platform connects information about markets, accounts and buyers to give users a unified view for sales and marketing decisions. The launch also introduced a refreshed company identity. CEO Rohini Kasturi said the platform connects data and derives decision-ready signals for what he called “autonomous, agentic GTM.”
HG says fragmented datasets can cause agents to mistake one company for several accounts, miss or double-count a subsidiary’s spending, or misclassify buying intent. For example, an existing customer’s interest could be treated as new business rather than an expansion, while interest from a competitor’s account could be pursued as winnable. HG’s platform links technology installations and usage, spending, buyer intent, buying centers and contacts to accounts and corporate hierarchies, tracks changes over time, and generates signals from the combined data. Customers can add their own first-party data to prioritize accounts and leads.
The platform’s Fabric data foundation adds funding and mergers-and-acquisitions intelligence, automatic hierarchy updates, buying-center-matched contacts and a Momentum signal showing whether a vendor, portfolio or product is gaining or losing ground. Fabric can be licensed separately and delivered by API or Direct Feed to a customer’s data warehouse, CRM, applications or models. HG Copilots—Market Analyzer, Data Studio and Sales Copilot—support market analysis, account targeting and buyer engagement. Sales Copilot now tailors guidance to each customer’s products, buyers and sales approach; its ranked account lists include research, engagement history, intent signals, suggested sales plays and buyer contacts. Fit, Need and Intent scores update dynamically and are described by HG as deterministic, explainable and adjustable.
HG Agents automate tasks including expansion sizing, territory coverage, account research, signal monitoring, drafting briefs and outreach, and data enrichment. They are accessible through Slack, Microsoft Teams, HG’s interface or customers’ applications using Model Context Protocol (MCP), a standard for connecting applications with AI tools. The new HG Superagent selects specialist agents for a request and returns results with cited sources. HG says an account research brief can provide over 30 data points within 90 seconds. The HG MCP Server gives customers’ agents access to HG intelligence and sources including TrustRadius reviews, SEC filings, federal contract data and live web research through one governed connection; results trace to source data. Customer Voice, powered by TrustRadius, adds buyer-intent signals from over 12M technology buyers and supports customer-verified reviews, ratings and monitoring of vendor visibility in AI search.
Fabric, HG Copilots and the MCP Server are available through AWS Marketplace. The MCP Server also brings HG intelligence to Amazon Quick, Anthropic, OpenAI and Microsoft. HG says its intelligence layer can serve teams using different AI platforms without requiring them to move their data, rebuild workflows or standardize on one platform.
