OLX Group unveiled Agentic Selling and DealFinder at its CLAIM Online 2026 summit on 27 October, alongside surveys showing that people use AI widely but want transparent recommendations and control over important decisions. OLX says it operates across seven markets and 11 brands, with nearly 60 million daily listings. The company now has 86 live machine-learning use cases, 28 live generative AI use cases and 14 agentic solutions across its 16 marketplaces, drawing on more than 20 years of relationships with dealers and realtors and verified marketplace data.
Agentic Selling is live for 20% of private sellers on Otodom in Poland. It guides property sellers through valuation and listing, while leaving final pricing and disclosure decisions to them. DealFinder, a WhatsApp assistant, is being scaled after a beta test with 2,000 users in Portugal. It searches for items and sets price and item alerts using text, image or voice queries; during beta testing, it achieved an 18% conversion rate to contact.
OLX’s surveys covered young people aged 18 to 29 in Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Germany and France, and home seekers in Romania, Poland and Portugal. Among the young respondents, 92–96% use AI tools in their personal lives, but fewer than 41% feel prepared for labour-market changes. Men rate their AI skills higher than women, while concern about AI’s career impact is 31% for both. In Poland, 37% report high or very high concern about AI and automation. OLX says its CV Optimiser and AI Interviewer career tools received positive early reviews: 88% found the CV tool useful and 90% said they love the interviewer tool. The AI Interviewer runs more than 1,000 practice interviews a month.
Among thousands of home seekers surveyed, alerts for matching listings and side-by-side comparisons were the most requested AI features. Only 5% would trust an AI valuation over a human agent’s estimate, while 36% trust a realtor’s estimate; 78% want AI-altered listings disclosed. OLX CEO Christian Gisy said users want explanations for recommendations and the final say. The company also reported that AI-generated titles and descriptions raise posting completion by 11 percentage points, AI-powered real-estate ad posting cuts time-to-post by 50%, and more than 70% of Motors dealers accept AI-made car videos. Agentic search is live across Motors and Real Estate, and AutoIQ is live with all dealers on OLX platforms in Poland and Portugal.
