  • •The platform hosts 21 agents across five categories to support advertising and marketing work.
  • •PlayD plans to expand proven agents and use cases tied to client wins and productivity gains.

SOOP affiliate PlayD has built P.AI, an internal artificial intelligence agent platform. Short for “PlayD AI,” P.AI gives employees one place to use AI agents and work tools they identify and develop for advertising and marketing tasks. The company has encoded its advertising operations methods and practical expertise in agent form.

P.AI is designed to keep accumulating agents tailored to PlayD’s internal work. Employees can turn repetitive tasks into agents, share them across the company, improve their functions using feedback from actual use, and then expand their use. PlayD says this process shares expertise previously held by individual employees or teams across the company and turns personal experience and work practices into company-wide AI assets.

The platform currently hosts 21 practical AI agents supporting advertising and marketing across five categories: ad operations and monitoring, including automatic classification of broad-match keywords and capture of ad placements; data collection, processing and reporting, including processing combined source data from media channels and collecting purchase data from competitors’ brand stores; research, analysis and insights, including analysis of Naver Store reviews and competitors’ advertising materials; creative and content production, including display ads and Kakao Bizboard materials; and internal work and management, including onboarding new marketers and checking brand tone and style. The agents support both advertising and marketing work and internal operations.

PlayD plans to expand company-wide the agents whose productivity and business results have been validated. CEO Cho Myeong-jin said the company is moving toward turning its advertising operations experience and marketing expertise into AI assets, and will continue expanding use cases that lead to actual client wins and improved work productivity.
