- •Three agents handle meeting preparation, discovery-call qualification and tailored proposals using company knowledge.
Revenue Growth Agent (RGA), a sales execution platform for business-to-business teams, announced an MCP Connector that brings its company-trained AI sales agents into ChatGPT and Claude. Sales professionals can use the assistants to prepare for meetings, analyze discovery calls, identify deal risks and develop tailored proposals using their company’s knowledge, competitive advantages and selling practices.
Salesforce’s 2026 State of Sales report says 87% of sales organizations use some form of AI, while 42% of sales representatives feel overwhelmed by too many tools. RGA says its integration puts sales intelligence inside assistants sellers already use, with practical value for representatives rather than additional performance monitoring for managers.
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open technical standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools and data sources. RGA’s connector draws on each company’s custom knowledge base, including products, value propositions, competitive differentiators, customer success stories and sales methodologies, to provide company-specific guidance in ChatGPT and Claude.
The connector provides three agents that share opportunity intelligence across the sales cycle. Meeting Prepper researches prospects, identifies business challenges and prepares meeting and discovery strategies. Discovery Conversion analyzes sales conversations, applies MEDDIC qualification criteria, identifies unanswered questions and recommends follow-up actions to advance deals and address risks. Solution Proposal turns buyer insights, discovery findings and company knowledge into proposals that connect recommended solutions to customer needs.
RGA says agents use approved messaging, proof points and sales practices from each company’s knowledge base. Compatible calendar, email, meeting transcription and customer relationship management (CRM) applications can support coordinated workflows. For example, ChatGPT or Claude can review an upcoming meeting invitation, gather prospect information and call Meeting Prepper for a tailored briefing. Afterward, Discovery Conversion can analyze an available transcript, flag qualification gaps, recommend next steps and send insights to the CRM. As a deal progresses, Solution Proposal can use accumulated buyer information to prepare a proposal and draft a follow-up email; workflows can also update CRM contact and opportunity records.
The connector is available for supported ChatGPT and Claude environments. RGA says individual setup takes approximately one minute with an existing account; users authenticate and select authorized workspaces, retaining organizational access controls and data boundaries.
