Rithum held RithumLIVE 2026 events in London and New York, where retail and technology leaders discussed changing shopping behavior and the company unveiled tools for expanding sales across channels. The events featured Walmart, Target and eBay, alongside discussions with Best Buy, American Eagle and JCPenney. Rithum said its AI-powered catalog technology can reduce product onboarding from 40 hours to under eight.

At RithumLIVE London on September 30, Rithum unveiled Rithum Commerce, designed to complement RithumIQ, its intelligence engine announced last year. Rithum Commerce includes Harmonizer, an agentic catalog engine that adapts product information to different sales-channel requirements. The company said the tool reduces work that previously took weeks to hours; early pilot results showed 94% of products were ready for listing in less than a day. RithumIQ uses insights from more than $55 billion in annual gross merchandise value to help businesses identify promising products and sales channels for profitable growth.

At RithumLIVE New York on October 15, leaders from Walmart Marketplace, Target, eBay and other retailers discussed emerging shopping behaviors and the operational demands of reaching customers across multiple channels. Forrester’s Sucharita Kodali examined the realities of agentic AI in retail and considerations for businesses as the technology develops. Rithum CEO Lou Keyes said that in 2027, product visibility will matter wherever a shopping journey begins. Chief Marketing Officer Kim Miller said brands will need to respond quickly as shopping behaviors change, adding that presence where shoppers are today will not guarantee visibility tomorrow.
