  • •Its 2026 survey of 500 U.S. sales leaders found universal AI use, but 20.6% reported measurable production deployments.
  • •Agentic Playbook coordinates sellers and AI agents; early access also includes analytics and meeting preparation capabilities.

Salesloft announced AI capabilities for sales teams on October 27, expanding its agentic revenue vision first introduced in September. The package includes Agentic Playbook for coordinating sellers and AI agents, Ask Salesloft for analytics, automated meeting preparation, and real-time conversation guidance in Zoom. The company says the tools connect customer intelligence with coordinated action across the revenue process.

Salesloft’s 2026 Revenue Benchmark surveyed 500 U.S. sales and revenue leaders. All respondents said they used AI somewhere in the revenue process, but 20.6% reported production deployments with measurable outcomes, and 31.8% said they could instantly diagnose why a deal had stalled. Salesloft presents the gap between adoption and execution as a challenge for revenue teams.

Agentic Playbook is an orchestration engine (software coordinating people and automated systems) designed to align sellers and AI agents around shared sales objectives. It uses natural-language instructions to define and refine sales plays as customer or deal conditions change. Agents can respond to revenue signals, pipeline risks and user instructions by identifying opportunities, recommending next steps and starting multi-agent workflows. Examples include generating pipeline across long-tail accounts, re-engaging inactive accounts showing high buyer-intent signals, finding pipeline gaps, personalizing prospecting outreach, coordinating account teams and addressing stalled deals. Revenue operations teams set objectives, guardrails and autonomy levels, including when a person must review an action.

Salesloft’s Context Engine brings together customer and deal context, including sales models, methodologies, competitive playbooks and past performance, to inform sellers and agents. The company says it identifies successful patterns and learns from outcomes over time.

Ask Salesloft lets sales leaders and revenue operations teams create custom reports, ask questions about charts in natural language, change reports and build custom views. Drill-down analytics moves from high-level metrics to individual seller actions and contact interactions. The meeting agent reviews account history, previous conversations, opportunity notes and relevant research to prepare briefs for upcoming meetings. In Zoom, real-time battlecards listen to live meetings for buyer objections, competitor mentions and key topics, then surface talking points, competitive insights and suggested responses during the conversation.

CEO Steve Cox said the company wants workflows themselves to be agentic, with an AI platform that understands the revenue process and supports action at each stage. Chief Product Officer Kylie Fuentes said the capabilities are intended to help sellers act as customer conditions change. Agentic Playbook, AI analytics and the new meeting preparation capabilities are entering early access for customers.
