Jarvis & Villains said it built Carter, an in-house platform for managing AI agents, and cut operating costs by up to 45%. Carter provides shared cost management and security features for each agent; eight agents, including Samjjomsam Q, currently run on it. The company said model tiering, which routes auxiliary requests to lightweight models, reduced the cost of calls to large language models (AI models that generate and process text).
Bespin Global said it won the Asia-Pacific Data Platform Breakthrough award at the 2026 Oracle Partner Awards, held during Oracle AI World 2026 in Las Vegas. The award recognized Samsung Securities’ AI-ready data platform, built on Oracle Autonomous AI Database with financial-sector data sovereignty and security requirements in mind.
Elice Group held Makerthon, an agent AI hackathon in the 2026 AI Together Project. A total of 161 students from 21 middle and high schools nationwide built AI agents to address real-world problems, including eco-friendly recycling and reducing the digital divide. Elice Group provided every participant with its AI coding agent, HelpyCode, to support development using vibe coding.
Newen AI said it is collaborating with Netflix Korea on data analysis of brand partnership performance. It will analyze unstructured data from online communities, social media and other channels in real time to measure public attention and consumer responses to campaigns based on Netflix productions. The company plans to detect fast-rising trends and shifts in public opinion and assess campaign impact quantitatively and qualitatively.
Energize demonstrated on-device AI based on Broadcom chips at Network X 2026, a telecommunications technology event in Vienna, Austria. It optimized AI models for Broadcom neural processing units (NPUs) to run AI features with limited resources. At Sagemcom’s booth, it demonstrated a smart-home AI agent that controls appliances by voice; at Gaon Group’s booth, it showed network traffic classification for routers.
