SCSK Security Announces AI SOC Service
- •SCSK Security announced its AI SOC service on October 28, 2026.
- •The service uses existing security platforms to monitor and analyze every alert around the clock.
- •In an internal test, it averaged two minutes per initial analysis and automatically closed about 95% of alerts.
SCSK Security announced its managed security service, AI SOC Service, on October 28, 2026. It automates the initial analysis of alerts with AI while allowing customers to keep using security analysis platforms they already have, including SIEM and EDR/XDR. Using SOC tools from U.S.-based Intezer, the service monitors, analyzes and responds to detected alerts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
AI triages alerts detected across endpoints, servers, networks and cloud environments by assessing threat priority and whether action is needed. It identifies the threat and its scope, then automatically closes alerts deemed to require no response. SCSK Security analysts review cases that need escalation to a customer’s staff.
The service analyzes every alert around the clock, including those an existing monitoring platform rates as low priority. SCSK Security says this can reduce the risk of missing early signs of an intrusion hidden among low-priority alerts. AI reduces initial analysis from an average of one to two hours per alert by human staff to an average of two minutes.
The analysis uses malware code-matching and forensic techniques, which collect and examine evidence including memory while a system is running, rather than relying on the probabilistic reasoning of large language models (LLMs). The service provides evidence for its threat assessments, such as matching code and behavior observed in memory. SCSK Security says customers can use the results directly in incident reports and for audits.
In a test of its own environment, SCSK Security analyzed about 30,000 alerts per week, completing initial analysis in an average of two minutes and automatically closing about 95%. These figures are results from the company’s own environment; the summary provides no customer-environment results. It also gives no service price or start date.
