Triforce Launches AI Meeting Facilitator

Triforce began offering its meeting-support AI agent, AI Facil, on November 2, 2026. The agent supports meetings from preparation through facilitation and post-meeting follow-up. It handles transcription, minutes, summaries, agenda design, chairing, real-time discussion monitoring, organizing decisions and to-dos, and progress tracking.

Its main feature is detecting when discussion strays from its purpose in real time and intervening directly. It can redirect discussion when it veers from the meeting's goal or when time passes without sufficient discussion of a planned agenda item.

AI Facil displays departures from the agenda in three levels: blue, yellow, and red. At red, indicating a clear deviation, it announces a return to the meeting's purpose or current agenda item. Users can choose a voice announcement or chime. Because the AI intervenes, the facilitator does not have to interrupt off-topic remarks. During meetings, participants can also retrieve past meeting content, decisions, and related information using voice or button controls.

Before a meeting, users work with the AI to clarify its purpose, goals, and discussion points, then create an agenda. Afterward, the AI summarizes and organizes what participants said and automatically generates minutes. Minutes can be exported as summary or detailed versions, as infographic-style HTML, or as images. Once a person in charge reviews, edits if needed, and approves the content, the AI shares the minutes with designated people and assigns tasks according to the settings.
