仕事で使うことは可能です。ただ、モデルをホストしてアクセス料を取る（API提供など）仕事には使えないというだけです。“You can use it for work. Your work just can't be hosting the model and charging for access (API)”

なぜ同等のモデルと比較しないのでしょうか。GLM-5.1、KimiK2.5、Qwen-3.5-297Bなどと比較してどうなのか見てみたいです。“why don't they ever compare with their peers. I want to see how it compares to GLM-5.1, KimiK2.5, Qwe3.5-297B, etc.”

サーバーが過負荷で、ほとんどいつもダウンしています。“Casi siempre esta caido porque los servers van sobrecargados”

見たところ、法的なグレーゾーンに残しておくことで、常に自分たちが疑わしきは罰せずの恩恵を受けられるようにしたいのでしょう。真面目な仕事で使うのは避けたほうがいいですね。“From the looks of it, they want to keep it in a legally grey area so they always have the benefit of doubt. I would avoid this for any serious work tbh.”

MiniMaxのハイプサイクルはいい加減うんざりします。Twitterで発表し、Hugging Faceに「近日公開」と投稿して、そこから2週間音沙汰なし。少なくともMetaは何かを出す時は即座に出します。“the minimax hype cycle is getting kinda ridiculous at this point. announce on twitter, post weights on hf "coming soon", then radio silence for 2 weeks. at least when meta drops something they just drop it”

ライセンスが本当にひどいですね。サードパーティのプロバイダーすら現れないでしょうし、MiniMaxがホスティングをやめたら、多くの人にとってAPI経由で使う道はなくなってしまいます。“licence is really bad lol we won’t even get third party providers so once minimax stops hosting it’ll be gone via api for a lot of people”

ひどいやり方です。MITライセンスの核心である商用利用を排除しておきながら、「modified-MIT」と名付けるなんて。これはオープンソース精神を殺す行為ですし、誰も何も言わなければ、他のモデルプロバイダーもこぞって真似をするでしょう。それが当たり前になってしまいます。だからこそ声を上げるべきなのです。“It's an awful practice. They named the license "modified-MIT" while stripping out commercial use - the core of what MIT is. This kills the open source spirit, and if nobody says anything, every other model provider will do the same thing. It becomes the norm. That's why you call it out.”

これは法律家特有の言い回しです。この宣伝文句では「コード作成」の商用利用については触れていませんが、彼の以前のツイートでは（許可されないと）明言されています。“This is lawyer-speak. Notice this soundbite doesn't mention using your 'code writing' commercially, but his earlier tweet does (it's not allowed).”

Unslothについてですが、何と言えばいいのか分かりません。彼らはいつも壊れたクオンツをリリースしており、みんなそれを使うべきではありません。“It is about Unsloth. I don't even know what I'm supposed to say. They just release broken quants all the time and people should not get them.”
